Secure your spot while you organise
Make a free 7-day reservation to hold your tournament place whilst you gather deposit payments from your team. Please note: some tournaments may not have this option available.
Confirm your place
Pay your deposit or pay in full to confirm your team's place in the tournament. Flexible payment options available to suit your fundraising timeline.
Final payment by 31st March
Balance due by 31st March (approximately 2 months before the tournament). This gives you plenty of time to complete your fundraising activities.
Players & managers deadline
Submit all team information 1 month before the tournament - players & managers. Up to 3 managers/assistants may go pitchside with the team. All other parents, friends and family will be able to watch from the stands. Team, player & manager information will be added to the tournament programme as a souvenir.
Everything you need for tournament day
Receive your welcome pack with on-the-day registration information, exact timings, fixtures & other information to assist your team on the day. Available around 2 weeks before the tournament.
