This policy explains how Precision Pass Limited handles personal information when you use the Precision Pass website and its native mobile companion. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
Website and Matchday accounts are for adults aged 18 or older, including parents, guardians, team managers and staff. People creating an account, activating a password or accepting a team invite confirm their age themselves; we do not collect a date of birth for this check or independently verify it. Children may participate as players without creating an account. An adult supplies player-registration details through the website. We do not use player details to market to children.
Depending on how you use our services, we may handle account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number and account details; correspondence you send us; and information you provide in an enquiry, waitlist or tournament-interest form.
When a team booking is made through the website, we handle booking and team information, including the team name, tournament and age group, booking and payment status, and details supplied for team managers. The website's player-registration facility collects each registered player's first and last name, date of birth, position, kit number and parent or guardian email address. Player registration details are collected through the website, not through the native mobile companion.
The mobile companion uses account information to provide its signed-in features, such as access to team information, followed teams and notifications. It does not collect player registration details.
If you choose to enable device notifications, the mobile app sends a device push token, device platform and relevant account and event identifiers to our service so we can deliver opted-in matchday alerts. Notification delivery uses Expo's push service.
Payments made online are processed by Stripe. Our systems keep booking/payment status and payment transaction references needed to manage payments, bookings and refunds. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in our application database. Stripe handles payment card information under its own privacy and security terms.
We use information as needed to:
Precision Pass also operates The Europa Cup and Match Report Pro. On our tournament-interest forms, you can separately choose to receive promotional emails about Precision Pass tournaments, The Europa Cup and Match Report Pro. The optional box is off by default. We send a confirmation link to your email address and do not use this choice for cross-brand promotional emails until you confirm. Older interest signups and new accounts do not automatically grant this permission. We record the email, source, permission wording/version, request and confirmation times, and any withdrawal to honour your choice. Each promotional email has an unsubscribe link that stops cross-brand promotional emails; you may also contact us below. Withdrawal does not stop essential booking, payment, security or event-service messages. Signing up for tournament announcements alone does not grant permission for cross-brand promotional emails.
An account holder who confirms that they are 18 or older can choose to opt in to optional supporter insights. If opted in, when that adult account explicitly opens Matchday in the mobile app, we record the date of use. We do not use this feature to track pages, teams, players or children, and it is separate from event communications and marketing consent.
This optional usage information is retained on a rolling 90-day basis. You can withdraw consent using the optional supporter-insights control in your account; withdrawal removes your optional usage counts. The age confirmation is self-declared and is not independently verified.
For essential login security reporting, we record the account, the sign-in source (web, mobile, admin or unknown) and the time of a successful login. This record does not include an IP address, user agent, page URL or browsing activity, and is retained for 90 days.
We use service providers to operate parts of our services: Replit provides application hosting/platform services; Stripe processes online payments; Resend provides email delivery; and Expo provides mobile push-notification services. Information is handled by these providers as needed to provide their respective services. Their own privacy information explains their handling of data.
We use access controls and other security measures to protect the information held in our systems. We keep information for as long as needed to administer the relevant account, booking, service or legal and business requirements. Apart from the specific 90-day periods described above, we do not state a fixed retention period here; retention can depend on the type and purpose of the information.
Deleting a Matchday account removes its profile, credentials, follows, notification registrations and optional usage counts, and revokes access on all devices. Booking and payment records, including organiser contact details needed for accounting, tax or other legal duties, remain with the organiser. Deletion does not cancel a booking. We will explain any such retention when handling a request.
In Matchday, open Account → Delete account, enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm. The account is closed immediately. If you cannot sign in, request deletion by emailing [email protected] with “Matchday account deletion” in the subject. We will verify account ownership before acting; never email us your password.
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may ask us for access to personal information about you, ask us to correct it, or request its erasure. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive certain information in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us to make a request; we will consider it under applicable law. A request does not itself guarantee that information will be erased, since some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons.
